B My Guest Vacation Homes Rental L.L.C, Burlington Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE (ORN 818220, TRN 100392847500003 (demo)) is the controller for the data processed on this website and processes it in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 (PDPL) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.
What we collect
- Booking data: name, contact details, nationality, ID/passport details (DET registration requirement), stay dates, payment references.
- Booking requests: what you type into the request form, so we can answer it.
- Concierge chat: the messages you exchange with our AI assistant "Angela" and with team members who join the chat, if you use it. Chat messages may be recorded, see "Chat recording" below.
- Server logs: IP address, time, requested page and browser type, kept short-term for security and error analysis.
Why we process it
Fulfilment of the rental contract, answering your enquiry, legal obligations (tourism authority reporting, tax) and — with your consent — remembering display preferences and showing a map.
Chat recording
Messages in the chat on this website may be recorded for training purposes and to support you with your booking. The chat says so before you send your first message.
- Support with your booking: our team can read a conversation, join it and answer you in person. The chat then shows the name of the person you are talking to. A conversation that leads to a booking is kept with that booking as a record of what was agreed.
- Training: we use recorded conversations to train our team and to improve the answers of the AI assistant. Before a conversation is used to improve the assistant, names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and reference numbers are removed from it.
Recorded conversations that do not belong to a booking are deleted after 180 days. Conversations linked to a booking are kept as long as the booking records.
If you prefer not to be recorded, please contact us by e-mail or phone instead of using the chat. You can also ask us at any time to keep your conversation out of training use, using the contact details under "Your rights" below.
No third-party content
This site loads nothing from external servers: fonts, styles, scripts and images all come from our own servers. There is no Google Fonts, no CDN, no advertising network and no social-media plug-in — so no data flows to such providers, and none of them can set a cookie.
The only exception is the map on a listing page, which requests map tiles from openstreetmap.org (OpenStreetMap Foundation). Those requests only happen after you allow the "Maps & external media" category, and only then does your IP address reach that service.

Necessary storage is used without consent because the site cannot work without it. Everything else is written only after you allow it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer — withdrawing takes effect immediately and deletes the storage of the categories you switch off.
Processors
- Hosting: our own infrastructure; no analytics provider has access.
- Concierge chat: your messages are sent to Anthropic PBC (USA) by our server, which generates the answer. Do not enter payment card details or ID data in the chat.
- E-mail / payment: service providers used to confirm and settle a booking, on a need-to-know basis.
Retention
Booking and invoice data is retained per UAE commercial law. Guest profiles inactive for 3+ years are anonymised. Server logs are deleted after a short period. Recorded chat conversations are kept as described under "Chat recording".
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time: hello@bmyguest.ae. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
